Patient Affairs Department (PAD) available 24*7 for all Out Patient as well as Inpatient activities, coordinating with all related things right from the enquires, counseling, admission and inpatient care till the discharge of the patient. We accept suggestions / feedback regarding treatment, services or patient safety that might arise during your stay.
Functions of the Department
- To assist customers in making their experience pleasant and comfortable by responding to enquires and counseling.
- To assist customers in admission and discharge process.
- To assist the customers in estimating cost for their procedures.
- Coordination with other departments in providing best care to the patients.
- To assist customers in case of grievances and provide corrective actions within the time frame.
